Use of this space includes supplies agreed upon for your event, and a staff member to assist you with greeting, setup and cleanup.

We can also provide:

Staff to assist with planning and preparation.
Instructors to teach and lead a variety of activities.
Personalized team building offerings, and professional speakers for events. 

The Alive Center is a great place to run your small service business! Our Partner Marketplace partners use the Alive Center as their own location to bring their offerings, talents and gifts to the community.

As a Partner you pay a small rental fee and keep all remaining profits. Run your fitness, dance, martial arts, cooking and more from our space. We give you a key and security code and you let yourself in and out.

Our beautiful 8,300′ space is fully equipped with security cameras and has a variety of rooms, including a large studio, art room and kitchen. The rental fees you pay help fund our free teen empowerment programs! 

Partner Marketplace Requirements

– Willing to volunteer services up to 4x each year for teens.
– Regularly offer fee/free-based classes, workshops, etc. to the community.
-$100 registration fee.
