Patrick Baldinger

Patrick Baldinger is a Senior at Naperville North High School. He will graduate in the year 2024. He likes running, ping-pong, coding, building model rockets, golf, video-games, and more! He is learning to code with Java as he plans to pursue a career in programming. He is in Cross Country and Track. He has built a lot of model rockets and plans to build more. He believes that he can greatly help out with the S.T.E.M. program at ALIVE. He can contribute his building and programming knowledge, creative thinking, he can help with 3D-printing, and he can help advertise events. He is very excited that he is a part of the ALIVE Center Teen Board for a third year and is greatly looking forward to it. He has gone to the Alive Center in the past and loves what they do. He likes how it is a great place for teens to hang out for free and help other teens. He is very thankful for being on this board and hopes to make a difference in our community. As the President of the board he hopes to help pass on his experiences to the other members in order to help them grow as a person and as a part of the board.

Grey Bauer is a Junior at Metea Valley High School. This is their third year on ALIVE’s Teen Advisory Board and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. They enjoy leading their program ALIVE with Pride, which is a program for teens in 5th-12th grade who identify within the LGBTQ+ community. It creates a safe space for the teens to be themselves and gain life skills. In school, they’re currently involved with The Grow Your Own Teachers Program as well as Yearbook. When Grey isn’t at ALIVE, they enjoy doing things such as listening to music/singing, taking walks for some good photography opportunities, baking, art, and hanging out with friends! They are very excited to see what opportunities await them for this upcoming school year.

Aarna Raghavapudi is a Junior at Metea Valley High School. She plays tennis and soccer for her high school. She also really enjoys history and mythology and is on the scholastic bowl team and history bowl team at school. Aarna also volunteers as a tutor. In her free time, she enjoys reading and building things. She is on the S.T.E.M. committee at the Alive Center and is looking forward to her third year on T.A.B.!

Neil Sekhri is a Freshman at Neuqua Valley High School. He is passionate about learning various mathematical concepts and their application to the world of business/finance. Among many extracurriculars, he has been a mathlete and has run cross country and track in and out of school. Outside of school, he is a dancer and enjoys hip-hop the most. He also likes gymnastics, rock climbing, and ninja warrior. He runs a personal tutoring business in which he teaches math, English, and public speaking to elementary and middle school students.

Ammar Bhanpuri is a Junior at Naperville North High School and is very excited to be working with the ALIVE Center’s Teen Advisory Leadership Board for his first year! Ammar loves to run, be outdoors, and do anything S.T.E.M. related. He plans to pursue a career in the S.T.E.M. field, more specifically either computer science or Mechanical Engineering. Ammar loves interacting with his community and giving back. He enjoys teaching and inspiring those around him from his passion for S.T.E.M. and is excited to continue to do so with the ALIVE Center. Outside of the ALIVE Center, he is actively involved in clubs at his school. He is the Assembly Lead on his school’s robotics team and runs both cross country and track at his school. Through his experiences, Ammar is ready to teach, learn, and find new ways to give back this year as a part of the ALIVE Teen Advisory Board!

Lauren Meyer is a Sophomore at Naperville Central High School. She enjoys playing soccer for her club and school teams. She also works as a certified soccer referee and hopes to encourage younger kids to love the game as much as she does. Lauren is the Feature Project Manager on the NNHS Husky Robotics team this season. She also has a leadership role on the Rotary Interact board at her school. Lauren loves camping and hiking, and has made it her goal to visit all the U.S. National Parks. She is excited to meet new people, and make a difference in her community on the ALIVE Center Teen Advisory Board.

Lakshyaa Nathan is a Senior at Naperville Central High School, and this is her first year on T.A.B. She is passionate about the S.T.E.M. field and involves herself in S.T.E.M. both inside and outside of school. She believes in inclusivity in the S.T.E.M. field, and she increases engagement in it as a G.E.M.S. Executive Board member and Co-president of her Math Honor Society. In her free time, she loves to play 9 holes with her golf team, go to the gym, and help write code for her school newspaper’s app.

She plays the drums for her local youth group and is interested in learning vocals and bass. At school, Addison competes in the math team and is involved in the computer science club, also participating in academic organizations such as Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society. In the future, she hopes to have a career in the S.T.E.M. field. Addison loves learning about various subjects and is enthusiastic to share her knowledge with the community through fun lessons!

Aidan Malana is a Sophomore at Naperville North High School. Aidan will graduate in the year 2026. He runs cross country and track and enjoys running, in addition to playing baseball, ping-pong, creating art, and coding video games. Aidan has released several games on the indie website Itch.io and hopes to make more in the future. One of his current passion projects is building a game framework in C# on top of Monogame/FNA. He hopes to continue this passion later in life as a software developer. He enjoys hanging out with friends and is excited to join the ALIVE Centers’ mission of uniting teens in Naperville. He hopes to be able to foster more relationships at the ALIVE Center, both for himself, but mainly for others. Aidan hopes to be able to make a difference in Naperville and the surrounding community, by making other youth feel welcomed, and creating a feeling of belonging, and wants to inspire others to do the same.

She is 16 years old and in her free time likes to travel, play softball, sew, build model rockets, read, bake, hang out with her friends and more! At school, Abby participates in activities such as golf, badminton, humane huskies, and gourmet club. She has a dog named Yuri and loves to volunteer. She enjoys helping others and is excited to continue to help others while being part of the Teen Advisory Board. This will be her third year as part of the Teen Advisory Board, and she can’t wait to make a difference in her community.

Debabandya Dash, or Deb Dash is a recent addition to the Teen Advisory Board. A Freshman in Naperville Central High School, he plays the flute, piccolo, & saxophone, loves to do public speaking and has participated in the American Legion, D.A.R., as well as other speech contests. Part of the Future Problem Solvers Program, he and his team qualified for the international competition in Massachusetts this year, also placing third in state for individuals. He is a marching Red Hawk, and has previously participated in the memorial day parades as a squad leader for the District 203 band. A participant of cross country and track, Deb enjoys both academics and extracurriculars, as well as athletics. Finding a great deal of motivation in understanding that every human matters, he always does his most to ensure good for everyone. Deb is a leader who takes everybody into account when making decisions, and holds himself to the expectations that others entrust upon him. He still knows how to have fun with what he does, and tries to provide a friendly and fun environment for all. He is greatly excited to be a part of T.A.B. this year, and hopes to make it a great one!

Sarina Shah is currently a Sophomore at Naperville North High School. She has a passion for baking, as she enjoys making delicious desserts, as well as expressing her creativity through crafting. Alongside her love of baking, Sarina loves to travel, constantly searching for new experiences and learning about new cultures. In her spare time, she can be found immersed in a book, as reading is one of her favorite pastimes. Sarina is an active participant in several clubs at her school, including Girls in Engineering, Math, and Science (G.E.M.S.), Orchesis, and Investment Club. She has an interest in soccer and tennis as well, and plays the violin. Sarina loves to volunteer and actively contributes to her community as the President of the 2026 National Charity League chapter. She is very excited about being a part of the community at the ALIVE Center and hopes to instill confidence and creativity within others!

Lukas Keane is a Sophomore attending Naperville North High School. Some of his main hobbies include running, family, friends, church, and biking! Currently, he runs both track and cross country for his high school. This year he is very excited to be the Health and Wellness Co-lead! Last year, he ran a camp that taught children about the medical profession and was a mentor to a middle school student. This will be his second year working with the ALIVE Center, and has plans to improve his leadership! Lukas is very excited for the ALIVE Center and working with people on the Teen Advisory Board!

She is also part of her school’s speech team, biotech club, and A.M.P. Club (aspiring medical professionals). She is very passionate about S.T.E.M. and has been part of the Science Olympiad as well. This will be her second year on T.A.B. and she is looking forward to giving back to the community and learning new leadership skills through ALIVE!

Rida Majeed

Rida Majeed is currently a Junior at Waubonsie Valley High School. She loves being involved at school through activities, such as Model UN, Youth and Government, MSA, Biotech Club, Science Olympiad, and Math Team. Rida also spends her time improving her musical skills as a violinist in Chamber Orchestra, a Tri-M Honor Society member, and an extracurricular orchestra called Warrior Strings. She adores the time spent volunteering with her Girl Scouts troop and leading fun projects that help the community. In her free time, Rida loves playing recreational volleyball, going snowboarding, reading any genre of fiction, researching the latest genetic breakthroughs, and testing out makeup. In the future, she wants to major in S.T.E.M., specifically Molecular Biology on the pre-law path. Rida aspires to become an IP lawyer that protects scientific research through her argumentative and analytical skills. At the Alive Center, Rida has led multiple S.T.E.M. programs such as the Little Einsteins S.T.E.M. Summer Camp and The Sweet Taste of Science Cooking Club. She loves using fun experiments to explain natural processes. This is Rida’s second year on T.A.B. and she is excited to learn, teach, and grow this year on the ALIVE Teen Advisory Board.

Aayush Modi is a Senior at Naperville North High School and is excited to be a part of the Teen Advisory Board for his third year. Aayush loves to code, play sports, and explore the outdoors. He plans to pursue a career in the S.T.E.M. field more specifically as a Computer Science Major. At the ALIVE Center Aayush loves to meet new people and interact with others in his community. He enjoys teaching others about his passion in the field of S.T.E.M. throu.gh leading different camps at ALIVE’s S.T.E.M. lab, especially the robotics camp. Outside of Alive Aayush is actively involved in activities at his school. He is the Project Manager of his school’s robotics club and a member of many other clubs. Through these experiences, Aayush is excited to learn, teach, and develop this year on the ALIVE Teen Advisory Board.

Aashi Dharia is a Junior at the Illinois Math and Science Academy. Aashi competes in mini triathlons and runs on her school’s cross country team. She graduated from her school of dance last summer and loves art. Outside of her activities, Aashi loves helping others. She volunteers at Universal Metro Asian Services and Feed My Starving Children. She participates in Key Club, Red Cross Club, and an organization to fundraise for the American Cancer Association. She also has a passion for traveling and meeting new people. Aashi has run several programs at Alive including The Doctor’s In and Wellness Wednesdays. She was also the Health and Wellness Committee Lead on the board last year. She is super excited to be a part of the Teen Advisory Board for her third year and can’t wait to be this year’s social chair!

Alicia Mathew

Alicia Mathew is a Junior at Metea Valley High School and a musician who focuses on choral, opera, and classical music. She’s a 2023 Carnegie Hall soloist and has performed in national and international competitions around the world. When she’s not arranging music in a practice room or singing with the Metea Valley Madrigals, you can find Alicia volunteering with her youth-led organization, Youth4SciTech. At Metea, she’s on the leadership board for Students Count, Tri-M, Red Cross, and MVSSC Student Helpers, a cleaning club she created to reduce messes in Metea’s lunch areas. She is also involved in Metea Mic’d, Recorder Ensemble, StuGo, Key Club, and so much more. Currently, she’s working on cancer immunology research and she runs her own tutoring business called Twotter Girls. She’s a big philosophy and psychology nerd who is infamous for walking around with copies of everything from Huxley to Salinger. Alicia is grateful for the opportunity to work with such incredible people, and she’s very excited to be a member of T.A.B.!

Sidharth Brahmandam is a Freshman at Naperville North, and is graduating in 2027. He plays basketball on an AAU program, and pursues the saxophone in Symphonic as well as jazz ensembles. He also is in the Future Problem Solvers club, where he learns problem solving skills. Sid is a black belt in martial arts, and enjoys making models for 3D printing. In his free time, Sid likes to hang out with friends, play video games, and do carpentry. Sid is a very passionate member of the Teen Advisory Board, and hopes to make a positive impact in his community, both locally and globally.

Emily is an upcoming sophomore at Neuqua Valley High School where she is involved in activities such as the swim team as well as youth and government. She loves helping others and was previously a coach on a summer swim team in the Naperville Swim Conference, as well as her own year round club team. When she’s not in water swimming, she loves to cook, draw, and bike around. Emily is always looking for opportunities to explore and find her passions, and she is excited to join the Alive TAB to do the same with others.

Eunice Zhang

Eunice Zhang is a senior at Neuqua Valley High School. She is deeply interested in learning about various social issues and serves as the chapter president of Junior State of America at her school, while also being involved in other clubs such as Model UN, Women’s Empowerment, Rho Kappa, Student Equity Action Committee, and more. She has also had a lifelong passion for art, beginning drawing lessons at the age of five and taking various classes both inside and outside of school to learn how to work with different mediums. Her favorite medium to use is oil paint, and she has always admired the style of impressionism. Additionally, Eunice has led free virtual camps during her summers in high school to help middle schoolers in China practice their conversational English skills and learn more about American culture. She is excited to combine her love of teaching and mentoring with her love for art through TAB!
